Fitness is my Weakness..

When I was a junior in high school, my parents moved us from our home in Arizona to Highland, Utah. I was so
irritated and probably a bit depressed that I- being a girl that LOVES to eat- gained quite a bit of weight. Of course, one day looking in the mirror, I decided it was time to do something about this issue. I began my weight loss journey simply with running. I tried to run every night and yes, I was loosing weight, my I still had majorly flabby arms and a jiggly belly to go along with them, so I knew I had to get to work on that too. While my own ideas of strength training was helping- push ups, sit ups, etc.- I knew I had to start researching the best forms of fitness, and with my current fascination in celebrity gossip I decided the easiest way for me to learn about the trends of the fittest were to read about what the trainers were teaching the celebrities. So this is where my story begins of becoming a health and fitness lover.
